This position includes:

· Lead Generation

· Showing Properties

· Negotiating Contracts

· Writing Contracts

· Answering Phone Calls

· Cold Calling

· Lead Development

· Customer Service

· Communicating with our customers & the team daily

· Keeping detailed records

· Floor time

· Hosting Open Houses

· Buyers consultations
